    Please read these terms carefully before using Oneticketify. By accessing our services you agree to be legally bound by the conditions set out below.

    Part 1

    Master Terms & Conditions

    1.Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

    1.1
    These Terms govern access to and use of Oneticketify's services: event ticketing, property listing/booking ("Agency Services"), and related tools ("Hotel Management Services").
    1.2
    By registering, listing property, or making a booking or purchase, users ("You") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

    2.Definitions

    Platform
    The Oneticketify website and mobile application.
    Guest / Traveler
    User booking accommodation or events.
    Host / Agency
    User listing and managing properties (shortlets, hotels).
    Event Organizer
    User creating and managing event listings.
    Content
    Text, images, videos, reviews, and data uploaded by any user.

    3.User Accounts & Responsibilities

    3.1
    Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
    3.2
    You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times.
    3.3
    You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

    4.Agency & Property Listing ServicesFor Hosts

    4.1

    Listing Accuracy

    You warrant that all listing information (location, amenities, price, availability) is accurate and not misleading. You are solely responsible for keeping it updated.
    4.2

    Booking & Financial Terms

    • You set your prices. Oneticketify charges a commission fee (10–15%) on each completed booking, deducted from payout.
    • You agree to honor all confirmed bookings at the listed price.
    • Payouts are processed within 24–48 hours after guest check-in.
    4.3

    Host Obligations

    • Comply with all laws, tax regulations, zoning rules, and lease agreements for your property.
    • Maintain valid insurance for your property and business.
    • Provide a safe, clean property as described in your listing.
    • Use the integrated messaging system for all booking-related communication.
    4.4

    Cancellations & Refunds

    You must adhere to your chosen cancellation policy. Platform-wide refunds issued to guests will be deducted from future payouts or invoiced directly.

    5.Booking ServicesFor Guests & Travelers

    5.1

    Booking Contract

    Booking a property creates a direct contract between you and the Host. Oneticketify is not a party to that contract.
    5.2

    Payment

    You authorize Oneticketify to charge your payment method for the total amount (including fees and taxes) at the time of booking confirmation.
    5.3

    Guest Obligations

    • Use the property lawfully, respect house rules, and avoid excessive noise or damage.
    • Report any issues or damage to the Host or Platform promptly.
    5.4

    Cancellations

    Governed by the Host's selected cancellation policy. Platform service fees may be non-refundable.

    6.Event Management & Ticketing Services

    6.1

    For Event Organizers

    You warrant you have the right to list and sell tickets for the event. You are responsible for event execution, admission management, and obtaining all required permits.
    6.2

    For Attendees

    Tickets are licenses subject to the organizer's terms. Oneticketify is not liable for event changes, cancellations, or quality. Refunds are governed by the organizer's stated policy.

    7.Amadeus Data & Proprietary Tools

    7.1
    Data, analytics, and pricing insights provided via Amadeus or our tools ("Platform Data") are for your internal business use only.
    7.2
    You may not scrape, resell, or misuse Platform Data to build a competing service.

    8.Fees, Payments & Cancellations

    8.1
    We may charge various fees (booking, commission, subscription). All fees are non-negotiable and clearly displayed before any transaction is completed.
    8.2
    Our Cancellation Policy Framework offers standardized tiers: Flexible, Moderate, and Strict. The selected policy is binding for both Host and Guest.

    9.Liability & Dispute Resolution

    9.1

    Limitation of Liability

    Oneticketify acts as an intermediary platform only and is not liable for:
    • Interactions between users.
    • Property conditions, safety, or legality.
    • Event execution or quality.
    • Any damages beyond the direct value of the relevant booking.
    9.2

    Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify Oneticketify against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your property or event.
    9.3

    Dispute Resolution

    Initial mediation between users is mandated via the platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of the operating jurisdiction and legal proceedings must be filed in courts of that jurisdiction.

    10.General Provisions

    10.1

    Content & Conduct

    Illegal, fraudulent, or infringing content is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend users who violate these standards.
    10.2

    Termination

    We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for breach of these Terms.
    10.3

    Modifications

    We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    Part 2

    Essential Information Requirements

    Hosts / Agencies

    The following information is required for registration and property listing:

    • Full name, registered business name (if applicable), tax ID, and proof of address.
    • Government-issued ID and proof of property ownership or authorization to lease/rent.
    • Accurate address, detailed description, property type, max guests, and floor plan.
    • Amenities list, high-quality photos of all rooms, house rules, and check-in/out procedures.
    • Bank account or payment details for payouts.
    • Certification of working smoke/CO detectors and fire extinguisher.
    • Agreement to comply with local short-term rental laws.

    Guests / Travelers

    The following information is required to complete a booking:

    • Full name, verified email address, and phone number.
    • Optional ID verification or linked social profile to build trust.
    • Secure payment method on file.
    • Explicit acceptance of the Host's house rules and cancellation policy before payment.

    Event Organizers

    The following information is required to list an event:

    • Organizer identity verification (as per Host requirements, for paid events).
    • Event date, time, venue, age restrictions, and line-up or speakers.
    • Clear refund and cancellation policy for ticket holders.
    • Proof of permits or licenses where required by event type or venue.

    Part 3

    Key Operational Policies

    Host Verification & Onboarding

    3-Tier Verification: (1) Phone/Email, (2) Government-issued ID, (3) Proof of Property. An onboarding checklist covers all required information and photos before a listing goes live.

    Guest Verification

    Optional ID verification, reviews from previous hosts, and a binding payment method reduce fraud and property damage risks.

    Cancellation Policy Framework

    Flexible: Full refund 24–48h before check-in. Moderate: Full refund up to 5–7 days prior. Strict: 50% refund up to 14 days prior. No refund thereafter.

    Security Deposit Handling

    Authorization Hold Model: Hosts may request a hold on the guest's card 24h before check-in, released 48h after checkout if no damage claim is filed. The platform facilitates dispute resolution with evidence.

    Review & Rating System

    Double-Blind reviews are revealed only after both parties submit, or after a 14-day window. Rating criteria include accuracy, cleanliness, communication, location, and value.

    Prohibited Items

    Listings may not include illegal rentals, misleading locations, or contact information in photos. Users may not host parties in no-party listings, use properties for unauthorized commercial purposes, or bring undisclosed extra guests.
